I ve followed Yusra Mardini s story for a while, before she was in the Olympics then during I stayed up to spot her during the opening ceremony then made sure to catch every single one of her races, so when it was announced she was publishing a book you bet I pre ordered Unfortunately I couldn t afford to get to London for her book signing but I had to make sure I got a copy This book is very hard to describe, it s a very personal story and very much connects you to the journey I also think it s a very important book that people should read because it shows what is going on and continues to happen daily in the world The horrific acts of violence and advantages people take of people in the most desperate of situations I was shocked what Sara and Yusra went through, most know the story of the boat, but there is so much They re incredible people and their story needs to be shared.
